Art Loves was commissioned by 21SPACES to deliver a full-cycle artwork package for Alta Verde, a new build-to-rent development in Dublin that intertwines the energy of city life with the calm of Blackrock Village. Working in close collaboration with the interior design team, Art Loves curated, commissioned, framed and installed a comprehensive collection of artworks that enhance the development’s atmosphere of warmth, wellbeing and connection.

The artwork responds to the site’s mature trees and the interiors’ layered, faceted materiality. The collection reflects the project's palette of aubergine, green and gold, as well as the natural textures, dappled light and tones of bark and foliage that shape the architectural concept. Each piece was selected or created to reinforce these themes, supporting a sense of tranquillity and groundedness throughout the building.

Art Loves delivered artwork for a range of communal amenity spaces, including lounges, co-working areas and dining rooms.

Through careful curation and end-to-end project management, Art Loves helped bring 21SPACES’ vision for Alta Verde to life.
