Art Loves was commissioned to create a bold, contemporary artwork scheme for the brand-new NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch, located between Dublin Castle and Christchurch Cathedral at the vibrant crossroads of heritage and street culture.

Our scope included the creation and installation of all artwork for the reception areas, spanning commissioned originals, digital artworks, bespoke sculpture pieces and custom-designed soft furnishings. In keeping with the NYX brand’s immersive, high-energy aesthetic, every piece was curated to amplify the hotel's dynamic atmosphere and its connection to the creative pulse of the city.

Working closely with Garuda design team, we developed a collection that blends urban grit with graphic colour and expressive form. This included a series of commissioned artworks that take inspiration from Dublin’s street art culture, layered with contemporary digital pieces designed specifically for the reception and social zones.

A standout element of the project was the design and production of custom cushions for the reception seating - bold, pattern-led pieces that tie the artwork narrative directly into the interior styling and guest experience.

Each artwork and sculpture was framed, finished and installed by our team to deliver a cohesive, impactful visual identity across the hotel’s entrance spaces. The result is an energetic, statement-led collection that mirrors NYX Dublin’s ethos: creative, vibrant and made for guests who want to dive straight into the city’s stories.
