project summary

Niche Living, Ireland's first co-living development, providing private studios to those in search of short term accommodation. Niche Living is a series of Co-Living environments by Bartra Capital. Our client 21Spaces has created the best in class Co-Living environment. Our task was to curate artwork to compliment the stunning interior. We had a lovely combination of contemporary and landscapes with some lovely use of colour. There was quite lot of shelving curation and planters on this project, in the entrance area.
